Originally constructed in 1972, Casa Del Rio Seco consists of 92 residential units in two, two-story, 32,500 SF structures. Berliner refreshed the unit interiors, exterior facades, landscape, and preformed various improvements throughout the complex. Exterior work will involved alterations to architectural finishes and some façade reconfigurations but the building’s underlying structure was left intact.

The Berliner team renovated the lobby, leasing office, gym, and apartment entries. Units were given updated finishes and the pool was updated to incorporate a new hot tub and seating area.
