Interior Designer
Job Description
Berliner Architects is currently seeking an Interior Designer with 5-10 years’ experience who shares our passion for thoughtfully designed spaces and making a difference in the community in which we all live.
Your Approach
You are a strong, self-directed professional who can lead a team from kickoff through design, documentation, and construction administration. You are passionate about community-based design as well as equity and sustainable design.
Job Requirements
5-10 years’ experience in interior architectural design, technical drawing, project management, and 3D modeling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or interior architecture.
Certification with the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) or the California Council for Interior Design Certification preferred.
Strong technical working experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup is required and non-negotiable.
Management and organization skills to lead projects from schematic design to construction administration.
Excellent presentation and communication skills including graphic, oral, and written communications. Must be able to maintain close communication with clients, consultants, vendors and team members.

Internship
Job Description
Berliner Architects is currently seeking Interns with an interest in working on Higher Education, K-12, Institutional, Religious, Entertainment and Creative Office projects. We’re looking for a someone currently attending a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree program in Architecture or Interior Architecture with strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup. Model building, research, and other visualization expertise is a plus.
Job Requirements
2nd year + student studying Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or interior
architecture.Previous work or internship experience preferred
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup
Passion for working on K-12, Higher Education, Institutional, Religious, Entertainment and
Creative Office projects.
Salary Range
This is a paid internship. Compensation will be based on experience.
