Berliner Architects recently began working on the campus-wide HVAC Renovation at LAUSD Chatsworth Charter High School that includes 70 buildings totaling over 253,168 square feet.

The BA team will replace all HVAC units with new units, providing better distribution of cooling and heating and higher energy efficiency and sustainability. Upgrades to MERV13 filtration and other technologies will improve air filtration and provide greater protection from viruses and smoke, creating a healthier indoor environment. Upgrades like these can promote student comfort and create a better learning environment.
