Berliner Architects is currently working on a structural retrofit of a 4 story steel 1990’s commercial office building, primarily used for medical purposes. The design includes new brace frames and dampers within 10 structural bays. The design locates frames to minimize interruption of day to day medical practices during installation and minimize impact of the space for long term use.
