The Warner Triangle Building is a five-story office complex with four subterranean levels of parking, directly across from the Warner Bros. Studios lot in Burbank. The building’s architecture relates directly to the lot’s characteristic historical structures through the use of similar materials, colors, scales of openings and details.
The project is at a key intersection forming a gateway into the city of Burbank. Its design incorporates three large billboards reminiscent of ones that originally occupied a portion of the site. Portals through the building align with the adjacent streets, and its entry sequence reinforces pedestrian circulation to and from the studio lot.
Interior planning provides for the flexible configuration of offices, with a palette of materials that complements the building’s architecture. Restaurants are located on the ground floor.
