This project was a renovation of this 1927 California Spanish style private residence.  The existing 3,500-SF home was remodeled and an 800-SF second story was added to provide two new bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.  The emphasis of the architectural design was on enhancing the original character of the house, keeping it more in line with the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
