Berliner completed the renovation of the public spaces at the 401 Wilshire Boulevard office building in Santa Monica, California. Berliner provided architectural and interior design that included the renovation of the ground floor lobby and entry, multi-tenant elevator vestibules and corridors, seven elevator cabs, and all public restrooms. A new glass entry system was installed and full height stainless steel column wraps were exposed at the outside of the building, highlighting the entry and enhancing the lobby with natural light.
