Renovations to these 1970s twin medical office buildings located at 2001 and 2021 Santa Monica Boulevard include updates to the public plaza, lobbies, elevator and restrooms. The exterior curtain wall is being renovated to include new mullions and updated building signage. To help visitors better navigate the two properties, an information kiosk is being added as well as a pedestrian bridge that is covered by a lit walkway canopy.
