The North Of Mall Renovation (NOM) project encompasses 9 Academic Buildings, the Administration Building and the Campus Center Building for a total of 11 buildings.  Berliner Architects has worked closely with teachers and staff to ensure their needs are met in the renovation program. Exterior renovations involve a new architectural treatment to unify the buildings. Interior renovations include new partitions, doors, windows, flooring, and ceilings throughout, new furniture and finishes, restrooms, MEP upgrades as required, and ADA compliance for Classrooms, Lecture Halls, Labs and Offices in 11 buildings. Site improvements such as walkways, landscaping, and irrigation as well as two site structures, a tower, and a garden pavilion, were added.
