Lu House

The Lu House is a private residence in Pacific Palisades set on a prominent corner. The house was designed in an “L” shape with a rounded corner to make most use of the space and create a courtyard-like backyard with a pool and pool house. The house has a large central stair case that brings natural light to all three floors. The “L” shape also creates two wings on the upper floor, one for a large master suite and the other for additional childrens or guest bedrooms. The full size, underground basement has light wells to bring natural light into the lowest level.
